Why is caffeine not on the ingredient list of JosArriba?

The certified organic, fair-trade Colombian coffee in JostArriba naturally contains caffeine. No additional synthetic caffeine is added.

Therefore the ingredient list does not list caffeine as a separate ingredient, same applies to the hundreds of phytochemicals found in coffee.
