How can I request a return or refund?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at hello@eightbillion.com. We have a money-back guarantee, and we are happy to issue a product refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Please note that the money-back guarantee is valid up to 30 days after your purchase. If the purchase is past 30 days, an online credit can be issued. Please note that the refund does not include shipping costs.
